Scampton • St John the Baptist

Scampton - Copyright Churches Festival
First constructed in 14th century, partially rebuilt in 1760 and 1876 at a cost of £400. North aisle windows are from the demolished Scampton Manor and Bodley & Garner windows are in the chancel.  The churchyard contains 64 Commonwealth war graves and 8 German graves. Learn more about these brave men and their lives at our exhibition whilst sampling homemade goodies.
