Visitors to this unassuming village church will find much to interest them inside. A double decker pulpit and Vicars’ pew, a gallery with a balustraded parapet, an elaborate chancel arch with fluted ionic pilasters, plus a magnificent William Morris window and some very striking memorial statues of Sir Thomas Vyner and his son, neither of whom had a connection at all with Gautby and died long before the current church was built. The church has recently been fully redecorated following a new roof and underpinning works.
