|Keelby St Bartholomew by David Wright*|
Our 12th-century church will be open and decorated with flowers. 19th and 20th-century registers will be displayed with photographs and memorabilia. A commemorative war banner hangs by the altar and includes two who perished on the Lusitania. There is a memorial to Pte Arthur Jackson who was killed in France in 1917. Find a bust to Alice South who was wooed by the “Flower of Youth” but remained a “lonely widow.” Refreshments will be served.
